What people usually ask
Do you charge a commission per booking?
No. You pay the plan fee and every booking is yours, with the money going straight to your account.
Can I keep my current domain?
Yes. We tell you which DNS record to add and check it for you. In the meantime you get an address of ours.
Who owns the data?
You do. Each campsite has its own database on servers in the European Union, and you can export it whenever you want.
I already have a website and bookings. Is switching hard?
No. We import your content and future bookings, and you can keep your current setup until everything is ready.
Do my guests have to pay online?
Your call. Bookings can be confirmed straight away and paid at reception, or require an online deposit above a certain group size.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. You pay monthly and can cancel at any time, with your data exported.
